Commerical Litigation
The firm is proficient in litigating a wide variety of business disputes including those related to the sale of products (UCC Law) or services, negotiable instruments, secured transactions (personal property and real estate), letters of credit, debtor-creditor collection disputes and lender liability.

The firm accepts copyright and patent litigation with emphasis in software. We also provide comprehensive commercial law and business law related services, including formation of all forms of business entities (Corporation, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Company, Trust, etc.).

The firm successfully completed negotiations during pending copyright litigation (and simultaneous arbitration) in Los Angeles Federal Court for Video Communications, Inc. The Client received licenses in over 200 motion pictures for video distribution in the United States and selected foreign countries. Pictures in controversy included "A Christmas Carol", "Pinocchio", "Madron", the original "Dick Tracy" serials, the original "Cisco Kid" serials, etc. The firm successfully defended copyright infringement claims in federal court (N.D. Oklahoma) in 1998 regarding computer software source code. The firm is currently pursuing patent infringement claims involving computer software in federal courts in California, Oklahoma and Indiana.
